Interesting information:  Nolan's family started a private canine Frisbee club where they live outside San Antonio, but with only 2 members decided to branch out and join HCFDC in 2009.  Nolan first competed at the 2007 UFO Space City Disc Championships in Houston, but failed to catch a Frisbee. Since Nolan seemed to like dock diving,  Kris took him to a professional event in 2008. He got a little scared and decided to go back to Frisbee.  He competed at the 2008 US Disc Dog Texas Nationals in Houston and walked away with the Novice Toss & Fetch trophy...and got the "bug"!!  Now Team Nolan is practicing freestyle tricks and hopes to compete with fellow Houston members soon.
