Dear Returning HCFDC Members and Prospective Members:
In order for the club to pay for essential items such as insurance, fees and costs related to events, licensing fees, etc. annual dues will need to be paid prior to January 31, 2012. Please pay $35 annual dues via Paypal if all possible. Paypal is the preferred method of collecting dues owed the club, but if you cannot pay by Paypal, please tender payment at the club playday on 1/8/2012.
Additionally, the club is attempting to validate our membership list. It has been many years since some members joined and their contact information, etc. may no longer be accuarte in our records. As it is important to have emergency contact and other information on file, we are going to ask all members to help us update our records.
Therefore, all returning club members (members who were in the club prior to 2012) are requested to complete the following CONTINUING/RETURNING MEMBER APPLICATION by 1/8/2012.
New members (those joining in 2012) are requested to complete a different application which can be found by clicking on the APPLICATION FOR NEW MEMBERS.
Only one application per family needs to be completed for both new and continuing members.
